"Let Go and Let God"

In John 6:40 Jesus declared, "For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." Overcome your fears and let God through the Holy Spirit mold you and rule your life. Be happy as you trust in Jesus, follow his teachings and God will bless your life abundantly. And in 1 Corinthians 5:16-17, the Holy Spirit in Saint Paul tells us, “Be joyful always, pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

In John 8:12, Jesus spoke again to the people saying, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life." Make a difference in this world by helping others know Jesus in you and see the light ... Let your light shine brightly now!

And in Matthew 6:33, Jesus said, " Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you." Live with true peace, see and feel the blessings and fulfillment that come upon your life when you do what is good for others as compared when you judge and cause pain in others which can bring so much stress, conflict and even illness in your life."

To Our Youth and The Weary, "Hope and Trust in God and Be Generous"

Herewith is a related inspirational message from the letter of St. Paul to the young Timothy (1Timothy 6:17-19), which states, “Command those who are rich in the present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.”

Commentary on - Wall of Water Slams Japanese Town Yahoo News and Divine Mercy Chaplet

Japan, the world's third largest economy, can be seen on our above YouTubeVideo link humbled by the fury of mother nature.

[See related link on NASA.gov on "Japan Quake may have Shortened Earth Days, Moved Axis"- may have shortened day by 1.8 microseconds, see other earthquakes' effect on earth's axis]

While we spend countless hours trying to make both ends meet, playing our favorite video game, watching our favorite movie of sports, burn our our eyebrows reading a best selling novel or browsing the web for ways to earn money, driving to a great world wonder or scenic spot or just pondering, texting, daydreaming or sleeping, may we not forget that when our time us up and it is time to go, we make sure our soul is saved.

And make no mistake about it, it is in Christ's words and teachings that we are saved.

Jesus made it clear to his disciples in Matthew 24:35 as he said, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.”

In James 1:6-8, Saint James reminds us never to doubt in God's words, rather, find strength in our faith through Christ, "But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind, That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does."

And in 1 John 4:13-16, apostle and gospel writer John proclaims through the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit who Christ Jesus is, “We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God. And we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.”

It is so appalling indeed that still, many in this life are in darkness as they have no or low regard and respect to life in others.

Gruesome as it may seem, the practice of abortion has been legalized in many parts of the world, on top of the violence through merciless killings and worse, search the web for human fetuses eaten in Japan and China.

We are all encouraged to pray for all unbelievers that they may find enlightenment in Christ, ask forgiveness and be forgiven for their sins, for our sins and that of the whole world, as it has been revealed by our Lord Jesus to Polish Sister Helena Faustina Kowalska, through the Divine Mercy prayer, that the world may turn to God and find renewal in Jesus.

Sister Faustina, herself, has seen the vision of hell, with the devils hating her as she has become equipped with this revelation from God Himself, that "no soul may find an excuse by saying there is no hell" and that all may believe in the many tortures and sufferings of those in hell, in eternal damnation.

A DVD link here shows the vision mission of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, as inspired by Sister Faustina's revelations of God's message to relate to the whole world.

This beautiful and very powerful daily 3 O'Clock prayer urges us to pray to God through our Lord Jesus,  "Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal one, have mercy on us and the whole world," (mentioned three times) and "Jesus, King of Mercy, we trust in You."  And as Sister Superior Mother Mary Bernard puts it, "one soul that raises itself raises the world."

The introduction prayer goes, "You died Jesus, but the source of life flowed out for soul and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world.  O Fountain of Life, Immeasurable Divine Mercy, cover the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us."  "O Blood and Water which flowed out from the heart of Jesus as a Fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You."

In Matthew 21:42-43 Jesus said in the "Parable of the Tenants," when asked of what the landlord will do to the tenants, referring to those who do not heed his words, rejects him and lacks the faith and trust in him, “Have you never read in the scriptures:

‘The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone, the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous is our eyes.

‘Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed.”

Also in Matthew 16:25-26, Jesus tells his disciples, “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul?”

Can all the material things, lust, power, wealth, pride and worship of other gods as pagans do in this world save us when we are called for our last farewell? Are we apt and ready meet our Creator on the life beyond?

While we are admonished by God to be productive in our work, may our attitude towards our work and those around us be that of Christ and in his Spirit, as in the "Parable of the Talents," that we may glorify God in whatever good we do and become true witness to his words with love and in truth in our hearts.

Proverbs 15:9-10 puts it, “The Lord detests the way of the wicked but he loves those who pursue righteousness. Stern discipline awaits him who leaves the path; he who hates correction will die.”

And for those who turn to God, obey His commandments, and abide by Christ's teachings, in his love they will find what true peace and happiness is as they find more blessings in this life, and the promise of eternal life.

The more we fill our hearts with the Holy Spirit through prayers and thanksgiving, humility, love and forgiveness, the more we feel God's love, presence and blessings in this life.

As in God's words, in 2 Chronicles 7:14, it is stated, “If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Commentary on - worlds-billionaires-2011: Personal Finance News from Yahoo! Finance

worlds-billionaires-2011: Personal Finance News from Yahoo! Finance

Is it not so inspiring to hear that many American billionaires are into a philanthropic mood donating billions of dollars to those deserving?

As in Proverbs 37:4, “Delight yourself with the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Sharing with others especially the poor can indeed be humbling and it lightens your spirit as you feel the blessings radiate in your soul.  Your heart smiles with your lips as you watch how much happiness you have shared with others.

In Matthew 6:33, Jesus tell his disciples, "... seek first His (God’s) kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

Everything good comes from God.  Is it not just proper that we share our blessings with others as we are mere administrators of God's creation?

We will all soon be called as our term ends in this world, yes a short lived life. Whence, we can all ponder and realize that we are all no different from others.

We have been born with nothing, and we will see our life end also with nothing, only memories that we have left our loved ones, and those who continue to remember us.

And are we worthy of eternal life as Christ our Savior has revealed to us by his death and resurrection?

As the book Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 reminds us, everything in life is meaningless, but not until we learn to understand the wisdom of God and strive to become mature in spirit that we learn to “fear God and keep His commandments, which is the duty of man,” whence, shall God “bring indeed every deed into judgment, including every hidden things, whether it is good or evil.”

In Matthew 23:11-12, Jesus Christ said to the crowd with his disciples, "The greatest among you will be your servant. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted."

Commentary on - Prep star hits game-winning shot for perfect season, falls and dies - Prep Rally - High School Blog - Yahoo! Sports

Fenville (Michagan) basketball star, Wes Leonard, was responsible for the winning basket in his team's win over Bridgman (Michigan) High, but a sad unexpected fateful incident happened during the team's celebration on their victory.

Wes suddenly collapsed on court and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Team coach Ryan Klinger had all praises for Wes as very courteous and had always exuded optimism in his ways.

He is a great loss in this world  but Pinoy Blogger (PB) prays that in his stead come forth thousands more, although much better if multiplied in millions, who would be inspired by his positive attitude in life.

What triggered the untimely demise of this remarkable teenage athlete who his coach shared as having cared much for his body, is to date mysterious and baffling.

God moves in mysterious ways.  We never can tell when we are called.

Things happen in our life so fast, even with our love ones, sometimes, when we least expect it.

In Revelation 16:15, St. John wrote of Almighty God’s message to all men, “Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed.”

What is important are ready in both body and spirit to accept death?  If not, when will we be ready?

If the time comes, will we still have to time to tell God to wait?

When we see our love ones depart from us, do we not feel a loss or a void in our life which we know we cannot redo, alter, rewind or edit?

While we have time living in this world, will it not be more worthwhile if we do cherish the presence of our love ones in our midst and show our care, love, humility, understanding and forgiveness that our life and theirs may become more blessed, happier and more meaningful as we move forward instead of blaming each other for what we know we can only learn from ... as we can never undo the past?

Christ states in Matthew 6:27, “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?” and adds further in Matthew 6:34, “Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble (or evil) of its own.”

Blessed are those who continue do good and inspire us in this life and those who have gone, as we pray for eternal peace of their soul as they rejoin our Heavenly Father, our Almighty God and Creator.

As in Matthew 6:33, Jesus tell his disciples, "... seek first His (God’s) kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
