"Let Go and Let God"

In John 6:40 Jesus declared, "For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." Overcome your fears and let God through the Holy Spirit mold you and rule your life. Be happy as you trust in Jesus, follow his teachings and God will bless your life abundantly. And in 1 Corinthians 5:16-17, the Holy Spirit in Saint Paul tells us, “Be joyful always, pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

In John 8:12, Jesus spoke again to the people saying, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life." Make a difference in this world by helping others know Jesus in you and see the light ... Let your light shine brightly now!

And in Matthew 6:33, Jesus said, " Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you." Live with true peace, see and feel the blessings and fulfillment that come upon your life when you do what is good for others as compared when you judge and cause pain in others which can bring so much stress, conflict and even illness in your life."

To Our Youth and The Weary, "Hope and Trust in God and Be Generous"

Herewith is a related inspirational message from the letter of St. Paul to the young Timothy (1Timothy 6:17-19), which states, “Command those who are rich in the present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.”

In Support of Pro-Family Groups Stand Against Allowing 'Same Sex Marriage'

Matthew 6:24 reminds us of Christ's teachings as he made it clear to his disciples, "No one can serve two masters.  Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other.  You cannot serve both God and Mammon (money/material/flesh)."

Are not advocates of gay marriages also promoting what has been considered "evil" by God in Genesis 19:4-26, wherein God decided to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, places where people have been obsessed with sexual pleasures to the extent of forcefully threatening other inhabitants who did not abide by their practices, which includes doing these with the same sex?

In the letters of St. Paul to the Philippians, 3:2-3, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit St. Paul states, "Watch out for those dogs, those men who do evil, those mutilators of the flesh.  For it is we ... who worship by the Spirit of God, who glorify in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh."

And in Romans 1:25-32, St. Paul writes to the Romans about people who have degraded their bodies with one another, "They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served created things rather than the Creator - who is forever praised.  Amen.  Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts.  Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones.  In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another.

"Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.  Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done.  They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity.

"They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice.  They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless.  Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things, but also approve of those who practice them."

Moving on through our link, Pro-Family groups have denounced Proposition 8 allowing "same sex marriage", and being able to answer following questions may further guide and enlighten us in the light of this very controversial issue.

Are we here to destroy our values and slowly destroy nations as we veer against God's commandments and Christ's teachings just so to satisfy our pride, our will, our emotions or our own self  interests which lead to a ripple of uncontrollable sins of lust and of the flesh in a supposed civil society of  honorable gentlemen and women of praise?  In the long run, is approving  same sex marriage beneficial to future societies and to our children - to tolerate what has been the mistake of the past instead of learning from it and avoiding its ill effects and repercussions?

Are we here to destroy societies or build them into having more responsible fathers and mothers for our children, the hope of "our future?"  Can we not protect the "family values" which our forefathers have lived for and died for that which made nations great and bountiful?

How can we be credible or reliable to make good moral judgment if we ourselves encourage what is not of God?  Are we really for the upliftment and betterment of society or for its destruction when we are overcome by our emotions and become overly sympathetic by becoming tolerant to wrongdoings rather than correct them for the benefit of society in the long run?  Or would we permit ourselves to be devoured by pawns of evil slowly eating into our better values and judgment until we find this malady trapping us as it continues to spread like wildfire later on into uncontrollable proportions as we have allowed ourselves to be pushed to "a point of no return," leading to the brink of destruction?

Are we really helping other people, a small but aggressive minority, when we become tolerant of their worldly practices and be blinded from the truth that God teaches us, hence, adding to our woes and problems later on instead of putting our right foot down and say "enough is enough" to straighten things up that the rest may live a more respectable life?  It is time to say "NO to same sex marriage."

You may refer to our earlier post, "Catholics Denounce Slated 'Documentary' on Pope by Homosexual Activists,"  touching on Homosexuality as a "decision."

However intelligent or creative one can be, everyone is still responsible for his or her actions to society and to God.  Freedom is good for as long as we know, understand and acknowledge our limitations and be ready to support what is for the common good.

Everybody is always encouraged, by Christ Jesus, to have a change of heart.  Disciplining ourselves and redirecting ourselves and values towards Christ's teachings of love with a responsibility, in humility, with forgiveness and understanding can lead to a better quality of life and an enhanced relationship with one another.  To become  faithful instruments of God through his teachings that God may be glorified can lead us to true peace and harmony in this life.

  2. If it is true and we believe that we should love all our neighbors, then it is high time that we express it by making our stand and be more responsible for everybody's sake, welfare and act for the common good, that we follow our conscience, not our emotions. Let us say "NO to same sex marriage."

  3. If we truly love our fellowmen and want to uplift and protect the quality of our life, then let’s not encourage “same sex marriages.” Does God not hold us accountable for being tolerant of wrongdoings of our fellowmen? If it is to wake them up over their responsibility to society and to our children’s future, so be it, let us make a stand that God may be glorified and if you do not believe in God, then at least, listen to reason and see things in the “long term” not our “short term” desires and happiness. Let’s open our eyes and see the ill effects of “same sex marriage” in the future. Can parents answer questions from their kids later on with moral conviction if they were asked, “Did our forefathers not approve of same sex marriage? So what’s the relevance of turning to teachings in the bible about sins of the flesh/what’s the use of going to church/what’s the use of propagating God’s teachings to “go and multiply” to spread the good news/what’s the use of singing “God Bless America”/what good can we learn from our parents?/is not same sex marriage similar to legalized phedophile practice/what is the ESSENCE OF MORALITY in OUR SOCIETY?” Let’s all pray that this will not happen and that many will be guided towards the truth in Christ’s teachings, and that we all have a responsibility not only to God but to this nation we so dearly love as well.
